Fiberplex Appoints Sam Spennacchio National Sales and Marketing Director

ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, MD, August 2, 2004 — FiberPlex, Inc., makers of the revolutionary Light Viper™ fiber optic audio components, has today announced the appointment of professional audio industry sales veteran, Sam Spennacchio, to the position of National Sales and Marketing Director for its professional audio product line.

FiberPlex has made Spennacchio responsible for overseeing all marketing and sales activities for the fiber optic firm’s recently-introduced LightViper product line.

Spennacchio brings a unique mix of sales and marketing management as well as hands-on audio experience to FiberPlex. Over the last twenty years, he has held key sales and marketing management positions at several successful pro-audio firms including: manufacturers Raxxess Metalsmiths, Crest Audio and Klark-Teknik Electronics. In addition, Sam served as the V.P., Operations for SPL Integrated Solutions, a national A/V Systems integrator. He has also been a manufacturer’s rep for pro audio product lines and holds a degree in Music Engineering Technology from the University of Miami . Spennacchio will guide FiberPlex’s pro audio sales channel activities, manage the firm’s presence at trade events and assist in the firm’s marketing initiatives.
