They connect the AES3 DB-25 connectors of the VIM-1832 to the DB-25 connectors of the MY16AE cards, allowing the signal to remain digital in and out of the console. These cables work with any Yamaha digital console that accepts MY16AE cards, such as PM5D, M7CL, DM2000, DM1000.
